A MAN has been charged with multiple offences including threatening to kill after incidents in Kidderminster.
Matthew Lavelle, of no fixed abode, has been charged with engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentional strangulation, intentional suffocation, assault by beating, making threats to kill, intimidating a witness and two counts of criminal damage.
The charges relate to incidents that happened in Kidderminster on February 12 and 22 and follow an investigation by the North Worcestershire Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team.
Lavelle, aged 41, has been remanded to appear at Worcester Crown Court on May 7.
