A block of four flats in St John’s will be converted into a single house.
The property - 25 Bromyard Road - was originally intended to be a four-bedroom house when planning permission was initially sought for its construction back in 2009.
But amendments to the scheme in 2011 and 2012 meant the building became four one-bedroom flats instead.
Now developer Bayfield wants to turn the property into a house again.
Worcester City Council planning officers this week approved the plan, with Worcestershire Highways saying it would likely lead to a reduction in parking demand.
