Police have launched an appeal after a theft from a car in Kidderminster. 

West Mercia Police said cash and sunglasses were stolen from the vehicle when it was parked on Church Walk.

The incident happened between 1am and 1.10am on Saturday, May 11. 

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or saw anything suspicious.

“We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
