A new cancer rehab class will be starting in Stourport later this month.
"Active Coffee" is a unique gathering devised specifically for individuals in cancer recovery.
The classes aim to enhance physical aspects such as flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance in a safe environment.
Sessions are designed by a certified cancer rehabilitation professional to accommodate the distinctive needs of those living with or beyond cancer.
Notably, the classes foster more than fitness, encouraging a sense of community where emotional and social recuperation is paramount.
Participants are invited to share experiences over a cup of tea or coffee after each session.
The free classes, scheduled to start on Wednesday, May 22 at 2pm at the Stourport Sports Club, are funded by Macmillan and Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
They will run every Wednesday.
