Police have warned residents after receiving a report of a suspicious man loitering near the front of a property in Kidderminster.
West Mercia Police said the incident happened on Neville Avenue at around 5.30am yesterday (Thursday, May 23).
Officers said the man was spotted loitering at the front door of the house before fleeing towards Beauchamp Avenue when he realised he might have been captured on a nearby camera.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We have received a report of a suspicious male loitering at the front door of a property on Neville Avenue, Kidderminster.
"The male fled towards Beauchamp Avenue when he realised he may have been captured on a nearby camera.
"If you have any further information, please contact the team on the following email address quoting reference number 00055_I_23052024 of May 23."
