POLICE are investigating a series of car key burglaries reported in Kidderminster.
PCSO Kate Easthope, of the Kidderminster East and North Safer Neighbourhood Team, said incidents have been reported in the north and east areas of the town.
She said: “Within the past seven days we have had two ford transit vans stolen on the Kidderminster north area of Habberley, and an attempt theft of a car on Kidderminster east, in the Offmore Estate area.
"Luckily with the latter, the offenders were disturbed and left empty handed.”
Highlighting the problem in a neighbourhood alert, she added: “We want to reassure residents we are doing everything we can to trace those responsible.”
