A brand-new Pilates studio is set to open its doors in Kidderminster to help women in the town "move and feel better".
Total Pilates is proud to announce it is opening a new studio in the town in a move set to mark ten years of successful business.
Founded by Natalie Bond, a Pilates teacher and sports therapist, the studio specialises in supporting women during midlife and beyond.
The studio is based inside Midlands Physio on Foley Avenue and offers tailored classes that promote better movement, strength and well-being.
Ms Bond said: "Our mission is to help women move better and feel better.
"Women come to use because they experience pain, stiffness or difficulty moving their joints. They're starting to feel older than they actually are.
"Women don't want to slow down as they get older, so we help them stay strong in their body so they can continue doing the things they love."
With a focus on women's health, Total Pilates said it provides a variety of specialised classes designed to address the unique challenges that women face as they start to get older.
The aim of the business is to help women stay active and maintain their quality of life.
Total Pilates runs specialist classes to help women with menopause symptoms, back pain, joint health, osteoporosis, arthritis and more.
As well as the new studio in Kidderminster, the business also offers classes at venues in Bewdley and Stourport to make it easier for women in the area to access expert-led and personalised care.
