A POPULAR street food joint is celebrating after winning first prize in a coveted best chicken wing competition.
Hillbilly's Kitchen Street Kitchen, which is based in Stourport and Malvern, recently featured at Wing Fest in Bristol.
Wing Fest is the world's largest chicken wing festival. Each trader is hand-picked after their food is tasted by a taster from the Wing Fest team.
During the festival, judges voted for the best wing, with Hilbilly's BBQ wing winning first prize.
It features a Kansas-style mop sauce with Alabama white sauce, South Carolina mustard drizzle and radish and celeriac slaw.
The chefs at Hillbilly's took months to create these signature sauces and even realised they had taken 93 ingredients to the festival.
Hillbilly's chef and owner Richard Dixon said: "It has taken a team of four amazing chefs and 240 man hours to get these wings perfect and we are so honoured to win this prize".
The wings were also tasted by some famous foodie influencers Food Review Club and Jack Eats Everything.
