A young band from Wyre Forest have been invited to perform at the Birmingham City fan zone this weekend.
Mantarray, who attend BIMM University in Birmingham and grew up in Stourport, have been invited to play at the Birmingham City Football Club fan zone before the game tomorrow (Saturday, September 28).
They are the first band to be invited to the fan zone since the new American owners took over the club.
The group, which was formed in 2018, consists of Tommy Reading, Kieran Beech and Maddie Holtby.
The band caught the attention of the Birmingham music scene back in 2019 and have experienced a series of sell-out shows.
All members of the group are said to be "very excited" about the performance at the fan zone as they are lifelong supporters of Birmingham City and Kidderminster Harriers.
