A MAN has denied beating and strangling a woman in Kidderminster when he appeared in crown court on Monday (November 18).
Robert Pritchard is accused of assault by beating, intentional strangulation, and engaging in coercive or controlling behaviour.
The 32-year-old appeared at Worcester Crown Court where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Pritchard, of Baskerville Road, Kidderminster, is also charged with criminal damage to a window. He has yet to enter a plea to the charge.
The defendant was granted conditional bail and is now set to appear at Worcester Crown Court on March 24, 2025, for trial.
