Mini Pro Golf Parks
If you’re looking for a fun outdoor activity to enjoy with family or friends this season, the Mini-Pro Golf Parks course in Wolverley is a fantastic addition to any What’s On in Worcestershire itinerary. Set in a wonderfully picturesque riverside location on the banks of the River Stour near Kidderminster, this unique 18-hole chip and putt mini-pro golf course offers a relaxed and enjoyable experience for players of all ages.
Unlike traditional crazy golf, this beautifully maintained grass course gives visitors a taste of the real game on a smaller scale, complete with raised tees, mini fairways, bunkers and carefully manicured greens. Best of all, no experience is necessary – simply turn up, grab a club and enjoy a round with family or friends.
All equipment is provided on arrival, although keen golfers are welcome to bring their own clubs if they prefer. A full round of 18 holes usually allows up to around 1 hour and 45 minutes of play, giving plenty of time to enjoy the challenge of each hole while taking in the beautiful surroundings of the Worcestershire countryside.
The course is perfect for family groups, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxed day out together. Between holes, visitors can take advantage of the sheltered riverside seating area, ideal for relaxing while watching others tackle the course. There’s also a small clubhouse serving drinks, ice creams and snacks at normal prices, and guests are even welcome to bring along their own picnic to enjoy in the scenic setting.
With prices starting from under £10, Mini-Pro Golf Parks offers excellent value for a memorable outdoor activity. Regular visitors can also benefit from a customer rewards scheme, where loyalty cards allow players to collect stamps and earn a free game after multiple visits.
Located in the village of Wolverley, just outside Kidderminster, it’s a great spot to spend a few hours enjoying fresh air, friendly competition and a little light-hearted golfing fun.

Midlands Air Ambulance: Bike4Life 2026
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity gears up for Bike4Life 2026
Following the success of this year’s Ride Out and Festival, tickets are now on sale for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s highly anticipated Bike4Life 2026.
The Annual Ride Out will once again set off from Meole Brace in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, before making its way along the M54 to the festival grounds at Weston Park in Shifnal, Shropshire.
Since its inception in 2010, Bike4Life has raised more than £950,000 to support the charity’s lifesaving missions. With Midlands Air Ambulance Charity marking its 35th anniversary this year, Bike4Life 2026 is set to be the biggest and most memorable event yet, and no doubt smashing the landmark milestone of £1 million raised in total.
Due to the Ride Out’s popularity, the charity is encouraging supporters to book their tickets early to avoid missing out.
Emma Wood, Head of Fundraising and Engagement at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, said: “Bike4Life is our largest annual fundraising event, both in terms of the incredible number of supporters who attend and the vital funds raised to keep our air ambulance helicopters and critical care cars operational.
“Each year, thousands of bikers take part, and Ride Out tickets sell quickly. To avoid disappointment, we encourage anyone wishing to join this iconic convoy to book as soon as possible. Tickets for the Bike4Life Festival, which offers a fantastic day out for bikers and families alike, are also available now.”
The Bike4Life Ride Out takes place along the M54 motorway and is organised in collaboration with West Mercia Police and National Highways. The event aims to raise awareness of biker safety and generate vital funds for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s lifesaving missions.
