KIDDERMINSTER Harriers pair Christian Dibble and Joe Foulkes have been discharged from hospital after suffering head injuries during the club's abandoned fixture at Radcliffe.

The Harriers' men have been discharged from the hospital after being hurt in a collision between the pair as they attempted to defend a free-kick during the club's National League North clash with Radcliffe FC.

The match, which was poised at 1-1, was abandoned with 70 minutes played to allow Dibble and Foulkes to receive further treatment on the pitch before they were taken to hospital.

Following the incident, the Harriers have now confirmed that the pair have been discharged from hospital, with Foulkes suffering a fractured eye socket and cheekbone, and Dibble suffering a concussion.

Writing on social media, the club said: "We’re happy to share Christian Dibble and Joe Foulkes have been discharged from hospital.

"Following Saturday’s collision, Joe has a fractured eye socket and cheekbone; Christian has suffered a concussion.

"Both will now recover at home with the best wishes and support of us all."
