A new pet store is set to open in a Kidderminster retail park.
The new Jollyes Pets store will open in Crossley Retail Park on Friday, May 29.
This comes after Jollyes announced in April that it has identified over 160 towns and cities across England, Wales, and Scotland where it would like to open new stores over the next five years.
According to Jollyes, the new Kidderminster store will have a full range of raw frozen pet food, which is 'very popular with owners', and customers will also be able to click and collect or make use of Jollyes' exclusive ‘Zoomies’ partnership with Uber Eats to get essentials delivered to their door.
Jollyes Pets property director, Warren Bester said: "We’re on a mission to make high-quality pet care accessible to all, investing in range development alongside our commitment to low prices, as we deliver great value every day.
"Wherever we open a store, we become the location of choice for pet parents in the community who value our combination of low prices and brilliant service from colleagues with real expertise in pet care.
"We’re looking forward to bringing that special combination to as many places as we can over the next five years."
Over the past four years, Jollyes has rapidly expanded from just over 60 stores across the UK to 120, with the new Kidderminster store set to be the pet retail chain's 122nd UK store.
Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards.
Last year, it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey.
