Major travel disruption and train cancellations have affected commuters across Kidderminster and the Black Country.
Due to a fire near the railway between Stourbridge Junction and Kidderminster all lines are closed.
Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed. Disruption is expected until the end of the day on Saturday ( August 22).
West Midlands Railway said: "We expect some of our trains to be affected by this incident. To see how this might affect you, please use the Live Departures & Arrivals or plan your journey using the National Rail Enquiries real-time journey planner.
"Our control team have implemented an emergency timetable using as much of the network as we can, to keep you moving by rail as far as possible.
The shuttle services we have implemented will run between Worcester and Kidderminster in both directions.
"At Kidderminster the train will terminate where a Rail Replacement Bus service will be in operation to Stourbridge Junction, in both directions."
Commuters are advised to take rail replacement buses, which are supporting train service between Solihull and Stratford-upon-Avon, calling at all stations via Lapworth.
If you are travelling between Worcester and Birmingham city centre, please check journeys for the Birmingham New Street-Hereford service as these may get you to your destination quicker and without having to change.
Rail Replacement buses will be departing from Stourbridge Junction for Kidderminster, at XX:10 and XX:40 past the hour between 06:10 and 23:40.
Rail Replacement buses travelling from Kidderminster to Stourbridge Junction will be departing Kidderminster, at XX:42 and XX:12 past the hour between 06:42 and 00:12 the following morning.
Rail Replacement buses travelling from Solihull to Stratford-upon-Avon will be departing at XX:25 past the hour between 06:25 and 23:25.
Rail Replacement buses travelling from Stratford-upon-Avon to Solihull will be departing at XX:10 past the hour between 06:10 and 23:10.
Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on Rail Replacement (supplied via Stagecoach) between Stourbridge Junction Town and Kidderminster in both directions until further notice.
