Temporary traffic lights near a theatre in Kidderminster have been causing travel "chaos" for drivers.
The traffic lights, which are in place near The Rose Theatre in Broadwaters, have caused tailbacks during rush hour traffic.
The roadworks along the A451 Stourbridge Road have been taking place for the past few weeks, but the lights were taken down a couple of days ago before being moved near the mini roundabout at the theatre.
According to the Worcestershire County Council website, there is a valid permit in place for the traffic lights until September 11.
The traffic lights are needed to facilitate utility asset works.
Drivers have reported having to find alternative routes.
