TAKE a look inside a 'charming' three-bedroom cottage in Bewdley that is up for sale.

The property, Cherry Cottage, which is located on Bewdley's Cleobury Road, is up for sale for £425,000 and is being marketed by Nock Deighton.

According to Nock Deighton, the 'beautifully presented' cottage offers a blend of 'period charm and modern living', with a recently fitted dining kitchen, off-road parking, a garage and a 'wonderfully individual' tiered garden.

The cottage's garden includes a summerhouse, pond, and several entertaining areas, and features mature trees and established planting.

On entering the cottage, a brick-floored porch provides a 'practical and low-maintenance' entrance, with direct access to the downstairs WC before leading into the main living space.

The principal reception room features exposed ceiling beams, a broad bay window, and a feature fireplace.

At the heart of the property is an 'impressive' kitchen that is finished with a range of neutral shaker-style cabinetry, complementary work surfaces and a light, contemporary finish.

The kitchen also includes integrated ovens, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, together with a wine fridge and gas hob, and an adjoining dining area that enjoys 'plenty of natural light'.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing provides access to three bedrooms.

Two are doubles with space for freestanding furniture and double windows allowing for natural light.

The third is a single bedroom, equally suited to use as a nursery, dressing room or home office.

The accommodation is completed by a family bathroom, finished with marble-effect tiling and brass fittings.

The suite comprises a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin with vanity storage.

Writing on their website, Nock Deighton said: "Cherry Cottage is an attractive and distinctive character home combining traditional features with stylish modern finishes, positioned within a mature setting on Cleobury Road.

"Behind its traditional cottage exterior lies surprisingly generous accommodation, complemented by an impressive tiered garden offering a variety of seating, entertaining and recreational spaces."
