A popular Oktoberfest beer festival in Kidderminster that was visited by thousands of people is set to return in October.

The free-to-attend Bavarian-style event will return to The Weaving Sheds in Kidderminster on Saturday, October 24 and will feature steins of German beer, Bratwurst, and live music.

The event will take place between 4pm and 11pm.

The event's debut in 2025 was attended by thousands of people, with around 3,100 free tickets sold for the festival.

Now, Kidderminster BID have confirmed that Kidderminster Oktoberfest is weeks away from returning, and will feature a live Oompah band, as well as live music and a DJ playing 'plenty of party anthems'.

Writing on social media, Kidderminster BID said: "After the amazing response to our first Oktoberfest last year, we knew we wanted to bring it back to The Weaving Sheds this October.

"We loved seeing so many people there last year enjoying the food, live music and a few beers, and this year we want to bring even more of that traditional Oktoberfest feel to Kidderminster.

"We'll have a live Oompah band, live music, a DJ playing plenty of party anthems, street food, face painting and more throughout the evening."

The event will be hosted by Kidderminster BID in partnership with FAB Food Fest.

Kidderminster BID also say the full schedule of the event and more details will be shared closer to October 24.

Free tickets for the festival are available on the Kidderminster Oktoberfest 2026 Facebook page.

Oktoberfest is the world's largest 'Volksfest', or beer festival and fun fair, which is held annually in Munich, Germany, on the open grounds known as the Theresienwiese.

The event draws approximately six to seven million people each year from around the world and features around 34 festive tents supplied by six historic Munich breweries, including Augustiner, Hacker-Pschorr, Löwenbräu, Paulaner, Spaten, and Hofbräu.
