PLANS for the change of use of offices in Kidderminster town centre into residential flats have been submitted.

The plans, which were submitted to Wyre Forest District Council, seek prior approval for the change of use of offices at 21-25 Vicar Street to eight residential flats.

Prior approval allows the local planning authority to assess the specific potential impacts of a development before any work starts, rather than reviewing the general merits of a full planning application.

The application was received by Wyre Forest District Council on October 12 and validated on October 30.

To view the full application, search 26/0769/PNC in the Wyre Forest District Council planning portal.
