Heroic gesture: Firefighters meet safari park residents.
WEST Midland Safari Park is hosting its first Heroes Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, as a special thank for their outstanding efforts.
On production of their valid ID, members from the services will benefit from reduced admission and wristband prices and will each receive a voucher for a free regular soft drink, to redeem during the weekend.
Heroes from the local police, ambulance, fire and lifeboat service, along with Armed Forces, doctors, nurses, paramedics and coastguards, will be welcome.
