BISHOPS Wood Environment Centre, near Crossway Green, opens its doors to the public on Sunday, April 26 for a treasure hunt.
From 2pm to 4pm, families can join the treasure hunt, in the grounds of the environment centre, to piece together clues to the location of a hidden prize.
The hunt provides an opportunity to see the centre’s grounds and learn about nature and the environment.
John Rhymer, head of Bishops Wood Centre, said: "The trail will give families the opportunity to enjoy exploring our site, looking for clues which relate to the plants and animals that live here.
“The site has a rich variety of wildlife and this is a fun way to learn more about it."
The centre is suggesting an entrance donation, which can be reduced for children and adult members of Friends of Bishops Wood.
