STAFF at a Kidderminster dental practice are smiling after receiving national recognition.
Denora Kidderminster has been awarded Investors in People status only 15 months after opening its doors in Stourport Road.
The quality standard sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people. It also helps organisations to benchmark their own practices against a nationally recognised standard.
Practice manager, Sheikha Pandey, said: "The Investors in People standard has recognised that we are a quality organisation and that we are committed to effective investment in all our people to achieve our business goals."
