VISITORS to Arley Arboretum will be able to wander along scenes of spring as its gardens and walks burst into full bloom.
The arboretum’s magnolia walk will be taken over with bluebell glades, which will soon be covering the woodland floor with a haze of blue.
Thirty mature trees that are 50 years old have also blossomed, ranging in colour from deep pink to pure white.
Tulip beds are in full blossom in the Italian garden after hundreds of bulbs were planted last October.
A collection of century old trees are also in leaf or blossom and the alpine beds, now two years old, have matured to create a feature of interest to keen horticulturalists.
