FRIENDS of Baxter Gardens will plant 420 trees to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
The trees, donated by the Woodland Trust, will be planted on Friday with help from Wyre Forest’s MP, Mark Garnier and children from St Ambrose Catholic Primary School and St George’s CE Primary School.
The event, at Baxter Gardens in Kidderminster, will create one of hundreds of Jubilee Woods the Woodland Trust is striving for. The Friends group is supported by Vestia Community Trust. To join in go along between noon and 3pm.
