A MAN has denied burgling outbuildings at two farms in the Stourport area and attempting to break into a house at one of them.
Tommy Smith, 32, of Whittle Drive East in Kidderminster pleaded not guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court, on Thursday, to breaking into a shed at Brant Farm, Stourport Road. He was accused of stealing metal worth £1,700, including alloy wheels and a wheelbarrow.
He also denied burgling a shed attached to a farm at Wingrove, in Bewdley Road North and stealing a tyre lever from it and attempting to burgle a house there.
All the offences are alleged to have taken place on January, 28 this year.
Smith was released on bail to appear before Kidderminster Magistrates Court on June 11.
