TWO dance teachers will be warming up women taking part in the Kemp Hospice Midnight Walk.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 23 in the Wyre Forest.

Liz Smith, who teaches bellying dancing and Sandra Todd, an award-winning Rosemary Conley diet and fitness instructor, will be encouraging walkers to swing into the party mood with belly dancing, Zumba and Kardy-O-Fun before they set off on the five mile circular walk.

Kate Wilkinson of Kemp Hospice said: “We are very grateful to Sandra and Liz for helping us on the night, not only are the short dance sessions great fun, but they leave our walkers ready to take on the five mile forest walk.

“All the money raised by the Midnight Walk helps the hospice provide end of life care to our local community completely free of charge.”

There is still time to register for the walk. Participants will be given a t-shirt to wear on the night, a bottle of water for the walk, a bacon roll and glass of bucks fizz at the end and a gift for taking part.
