ON a recent beautiful weekend my wife and I went for a pleasant walk in the Wyre Forest, followed by a lovely lunch in Bewdley by the river.
When we came out, there were several motorbikes parked along the quayside.
Now, I'm not a motorbike owner, and my wife certainly is not, but we both commented on how pleasant it was to see the smart bikes parked up, and their owners chatting and making pleasantries and certainly no sign of bad language or anti-social behaviour.
Why do some of the local people in Bewdley object to the bikes? These people are pleasant, courteous, and bring trade into the town on weekend.
Live and let live I say!
