I WAS amazed to discover on no fewer than three occasions the miniature island in front of the Kidderminster minor injuries, formerly A&E, was blocked by the transport vehicle the health service employs.

After having to pull as close to the unit as possible in order to drop off my injured and barely able to walk relative, I then pulled back into the car park and waited for him.

In that time I saw at least four people hobble across the car park because of the inconsideration of the driver of the transport vehicle.

On a second visit, there were two vehicles, one on the actual island and one in the drive. On the third occasion, yet again this was blocked.

I don't know what their intentions are but sitting there smoking a cigarette nearby does not constitute picking someone up.

It's a disgrace and I hope that the minor injuries unit are ashamed of themselves. I have raised the issue before with the receptionist at the unit but, alas, my comments have fallen on deaf ears.
