I NOTE that the new changing room facilities on Habberley Road in Kidderminster are being constructed in brick.
The log cabin design erected on the White Wickets is apparently not considered to be suitable for this location.
It would be interesting to enquire as to why the design was changed and I have three questions.
- Has the log cabin design found to be lacking in any way?
- What is the price differential between the two designs?
- Why is it necessary to incorporate a diamond-shaped lozenge in the brickwork, totally out of character with any building opposite or adjacent on Habberley Road?
One wonders how long after completion it will be before this new construction is covered in ‘spray can philosophy’ by the same feral morons that destroyed the floral displays in Worcester Street.
