CHILDREN at Little Trinity Nursery in Kidderminster have been busy wrapping and labelling presents ready for this year’s Father’s Day.
From the youngest children of 2-years and upwards, every child at the nursery has created their very own Father’s Day masterpiece. Little Trinity always encourages children to plan and initiate their own activities, as this helps to support and promote natural child development through play.
Nursery manager, Miss Gaynor Carter, said: “Celebrating special occasions is so important and events such as Father’s Day are wonderful opportunities for the children to just enjoy being creative and having fun painting, gluing, sticking and making fabulous individual Father’s Day presents.”
Making a selection of personalised mugs, cards and dad word plaques and paperweights, in all 90 children took part in this year’s Father’s Day activities.
Miss Carter added: “We send all our dads our very best wishes and we hope they enjoy their special day.”
