If the Tour de France has motivated you, then why not take part in the London to Brighton cycle challenge for KEMP Hospice on 8th September.
KEMP are looking for people to take part in an exciting new challenge of cycling from London to Brighton. The challenge will start at Clapham Common, and travel through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead, Haywards Heath and finally to the Brighton seafront, having completed 54 miles!
No previous experience is required however preparation for this event is highly recommended, with a bit of training, completing this event should easily be within basic capabilities. The spirit of the event is ‘taking part’ not ‘winning’ so you go as fast or as slow as you like!
