Thirteen ladies from Gemini Vehicle solutions will be leaving their cars behind on Saturday 19th June and will be walking 5 miles in the moonlight for KEMP Hospice. The walk through the forest starts at the stroke of midnight at the Forestry Commisson, Callow Hill.

Jane Page saw the Midnight Walk advertised in the Shuttle and thought it sounded like an unusual way to support the hospice and asked if any of her colleagues would be interested in joining her, so many ladies were interested this soon became a team night out.

Dave Sargeant, Manager at the company agreed to pay the ladies registration fees helping them to raise even more money for the hospice, and don’t forget Dave KEMP Hospice need men to marshal the route so why not support the ladies on the night by volunteering your time!

Gemini Vehicle Solutions are a local firm, based at Gemini House on the Stourport Road and Nick Jethwa property manager also agreed for KEMP Hospice to host their Midnight Walk banner advertising the event.

Kate Wilkinson, Hospice Fundraiser says: “The ladies were great fun, and you’ll agree they look fabulous in their pink t-shirts. More than 250 women have already registered for the Midnight walk, and with more entertainment planned this year it promises to be a great night out”
