THIEVES forced their way into a Kidderminster home before stealing a mobile phone and purse.
The offenders forced open the patio doors to the home in Tutors Way to gain access.
When the homeowner heard a noise and went to investigate downstairs, they discovered a purse and a mobile phone had been stolen.
The purse was found discarded on the patio, with cash missing from inside.
The incident took place between 11.15pm on November 1, and 5.15am on November 2.
Anyone with information is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 0071S of November 2.
