A CHRISTMAS fair will take place in Arley this weekend.
The Friends of Upper Arley Primary School are staging a traditional event at the school, on Saturday, from 1pm until 3pm.
Local businesses such as Severn Valley Railway, The Bailiff’s House in Bewdley and the Glades Leisure Centre, along with many other small companies, have donated prizes for the raffle, which will be drawn at the fair.
Prizes include horse riding lessons, a cut and blow dry at Colour Salon in Stourport and a £150 photography voucher.
Owner of Colour Salon, Tracey Smith, will use her box of hair colours, gels and accessories to give visitors a new look and a beautician will also be on hand.
There will be traditional Christmas stalls selling gifts and refreshments and Santa will make an appearance.
All proceeds will go to improving the school for the children of the village and surrounding areas.
