HARTLEBURY COMMON LOCAL GROUP: Gordon Forrest spoke on the wildlife at a local farm. His daily walks or many hours in a hide have shown a wealth of wildlife: otters, kingfishers, a barn owl in bales of hay on a trailer; grass-snakes on logs in the sun and lapwings creating new nesting areas after ploughing.
On April 16 at 8pm, speaker, local naturalist Rosemary Winnall, will present "An Introduction to Insects" at Stourport Sports Club, Kingsway (DY13 8BQ - opposite Stourport High School) at 8pm.
