KIDDERMINSTER SOROPTIMISTS: On Thursday evening, June 15, the group joins Bewdley Rotary Club at their regular supper meeting. At the June 22 supper meeting, held as usual at La Brasserie 6.30pm for a prompt start at 7pm, there will not be a speaker, instead we will be reflecting on and celebrating our own non-Soroptimist ‘stewardships’.
On June 23, there will be a very poignant event: a walk and brunch when John Holloway will lead a pleasant and not too strenuous walk locally, which will be followed by brunch provided by Chris Holloway at their home. All proceeds/donations are in aid of Handicap International, so we who can walk will help children in conflict zones, who no longer can, unless they are provided with suitable prosthetic limbs from this charity.
June 29 is the coffee morning from approx 10.15 am at The George in Bewdley.
Visitors are welcome to any of our meetings. Soroptimist International is open to all women as from the age of 18.
