STOURPORT MITTON WI: At the monthly meeting, held on October 20, Mitton WI members welcomed Val Durnall from the Associated Country Women of the World who was able to tell us about the organisation and the work they do in the developing world to support women and children.
The WI meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7.30pm in the St Michael's and All Angels Church Hall, Stourport on Severn and new members and visitors are always welcome. To find out more please visit our Facebook page 'Thoroughly Modern Mitton WI' or email mittonwi@outlook.com.
The next meeting will be held on November 17 when we will receive a visit from Cathy Mills who will help us understand how we can help those with a hearing or sight disability.
