Two outings are being arranged for the summer, and a walk to include lunch, was proposed. Muriel Owen will be organising the display for the craft show and the birthday dinner in October. The skittles team had won their last match.
Speaker, Phillipa Charlesworth, told members about Fairtrade and Kenya, and her fulfilled dream of starting a business selling the colourful craft work of Kenyan people.
The competition was won by Pat Bourne, second Muriel Owen.
The next meeting will be on April 6 when Helen Colbourne will talk about The Dogs Trust. The competition is for a photo or card of a dog. Visitors welcome at The Oaks Community Hall, Mustow Green at 7.30pm.
