WOLVERLEY WI: The Christmas Party is on December 14 at 7.30pm. There will be a Christmas raffle; card exchange; Santa's socks secret Santa; American supper; and of course Cool and Uke ukulele band.
We have again enjoyed an interesting and varied programme throughout 2015, warmly welcomed new members but always enjoyed everyone's company and friendship. Thank you to the president and committee for all their work, and thank you too to each member for making it our WI.
January 2016 sees the end of an era for our members as we will be moving both the venue and day for our meetings. Starting from our first meeting in January, our meetings will be on the first Monday of each month and will be in the Church Hall at 7.30pm.
The January 4 meeting is at 7.30pm in Wolverley Church Hall. The first speaker of 2016 will be the first female paramedic in an air ambulance.
