A FORMER Kidderminster man has been convicted after a trial at Worcester Crown Court of sex offences against a five-year-old girl.
Christopher Noyle, aged 51, now living in Sand Farm Lane, Weston-super-Mare, was released on bail for a pre-sentence report by the probation service.
Noyle, who pleaded not guilty, was ordered to sign the sex offenders register. Judge Nicolas Cartwright said the sentencing may be in Wolverhampton when the report was ready.
The jury of 10 men and two women returned unanimous guilty verdicts on two charges of sexual assault of a child under the age of 13 and two of causing a child to engage in sexual activity.
