LEDBURY Road in Hereford was blocked after a teenager fell from a moped.
The accident happened just before 9am this morning and is reported to have taken place at the pedestrian crossing outside the Bishops School on Ledbury Road.
One ambulance attended the scene, along with an off-duty paramedic.
An ambulance spokesman said: "On arrival we discovered one patient, a teenager girl. She was lying in the road, wearing full protective clothing."
The teenager was treated for minor injuries and taken to Hereford County Hospital.
Police have confirmed that Ledbury Road has now reopened.
