THE death of a young man in a Rowley Regis is no longer being treated as suspicious by police.
Officers were called by a member of the public to a location behind George Avenue, shortly after midnight on Saturday evening, after reports that a man’s body had been discovered.
The 20-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and police have said they are satisfied no foul play was involved.
A Sandwell Police statement said: "Detectives investigating after a man was found dead in George Avenue, Rowley Regis, during the early hours of Sunday morning are no are no longer treating the man’s death as suspicious.
"A file will be prepared for the coroner. His family is being supported at this difficult time."
