A MAN who crashed his car when he was more than three times over the drink-drive limit has been told to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work.

Grzegorz Bojarski, 53, of Worcester Road, Malvern pleaded guilty to drink-driving.

He was stopped by police on November 25 on the B4220 at Pow Green, Bosbury and had 117mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath which is more than three times the legal limit of 35mg.

At Kidderminster Magistrates Court this month he was given a community order to run until January 2020 and to include the unpaid work hours.

He was also told to pay £135 court costs and a victim surcharge of £85. Bojarski was disqualified from driving for 26 months.
