THE life of Dudley footballing legend Duncan Edwards will be celebrated at a presentation event at Stourbridge Football Club this week.

Jim Cadman, the author of 'Duncan Edwards - Black Country Boy to Red Devil’ and Chairman of the Duncan Edwards Tribute group will speak at the event in the Glassboys Bar at the Memorial Ground on Thursday February 21 at 7.30pm.

Jim will be joined by Graham Williams, who captained West Bromwich Albion to FA Cup Final and League Cup Final victories in the 1960’s, who will share his memories of the Manchester United hero.

Williams will share his stories of playing against Duncan in the the FA Youth Cup Final in 1955 when the Baggies played the emerging Busby Babes.

Any club members or supporters have memorabilia or photographs relating to Duncan Edwards are encouraged to attend.

The event is free to attend and copies of Mr Cadman's book will be available to buy on the night.
