BOSBURY Primary School pupils were excited and deeply honoured to welcome a special visitor to the school this week
The fundraising efforts of the Friends of Bosbury School came to fruition on Monday as High Sheriff of Herefordshire, Nat Hone, cut the ribbon on the school's new climbing frames and play equipment.
The High Sheriff arrived in his court dress and spoke to children about his role in supporting law and order in the country.
Headteacher Maggie Spence said: "It is so important for children to understand law and order in action, Nat is a great ambassador and a village resident.
"We were all very interested in hearing what he had to say and to see his full court dress."
