THIS dramatic image shows the scene after two cars crashed in morning traffic.
Another motorist came across the scene on Ombersley Way, Droitwich, at around 9.40am this morning and said two police officers were directing traffic.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said two women and a man were treated at the scene, near the junction with Union Lane, with all having "managed to extricate themselves from their vehicles".
They confirmed there were "no serious injuries" but two patients were taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for "further checks".
The emergency call had been made at 8.33am with two ambulances dispatched along with a critical care car and a paramedic officer.
The cars suffered significant damage and were blocking most of both lanes, with other vehicles having to drive around.
Ambulance staff left the scene at 9.26am.
