A 70-year-old man has died following a crash involving a car and a lorry.
The crash happened at about 2.10pm in Moreton-in-Marsh yesterday (Friday, September 13) at the junction of the A44 and A424.
The fatal collision involved a blue Peugeot 206 and a lorry.
The driver of the Peugeot, a man from Warwickshire, died at the scene.
A passenger in the car, a 56-year-old woman who is also from Warwickshire, is believed to have suffered shoulder injuries.
The lorry driver, a 55-year-old man from the West Midlands, was not injured.
The road was closed for about eight hours to allow accident investigators examine the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, particularly those with dash-cam footage, is asked to call Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101 quoting incident 229 of 13 September.
