FLOODING could return to Worcestershire this weekend with rain falling and weather alerts in place.
River levels are high but beginning to fall at the Kempsey Yacht Club river gauge.
As a result, there is still a risk of flooding.
The Government's Flood Information Service is warning that flooding may affect low lying land and roads adjacent to the River Severn in Worcester, Upton, Stourport and Holt Fleet.
Residents are advised to avoid using low lying footpaths near watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
More rain is expected this weekend and we will provide updates when we get them.
