COMMUNITY event organisers in Wall Heath are inviting more villagers to get involved and help with future fundraising and fun projects.
Natalie Neale from the Wall Heath Residents Association is encouraging people to attend the group’s next meeting at the Wall Heath Tavern on Monday November 11 from 7.30pm.
She said: “We’re inviting people to come along if they want to get involved and have a say on how we can make our village even better. Our next event is our bonfire on Saturday November 9 from 6pm to 10pm at the Wall Heath Tavern, and we are in the process of organising the Christmas fair.”
The residents’ group recently celebrated the completion of a campaign to have a community defibrillator installed on the walls of the Wall Heath Tavern after successful fundraising efforts which brought in £2,000.
