A 41-year-old man subject to a 'violent offender order' is to appear in court for a string of offences, including accusations he committed assaults and made threats.
Hubert Locke of Wych Road, Droitwich, is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday) charged with four separate offences.
He is accused of assault by beating and using threatening, abusive words or behaviour in Droitwich on October 4 and two offences of failing to comply with two prohibitions contained in a violent offender order on October 7 and 8.
These alleged failures to comply involve allegations that he was drunk in a public place and failed to notify police that he had become homeless within seven days.
Locke is also subject to an application to revoke his community order and re-sentence him. The community order was made on August 29 this year.
