FIREFIGHTERS were called to a house fire in south Herefordshire this morning.
A fire service spokesperson said crews from Fownhope and Hereford were called to reports of the fire in Clehonger at 5.29am today (Sunday).
On arrival, crews found smoke had also entered a neighbouring property.
The blaze was swiftly put out using a hose reel jet, and both properties were ventilated.
Two people were checked for smoke inhalation by paramedics, and it is understood that no-one was seriously injured.
